The vision of the Seminole Community Volunteer Program, Inc. includes the idea that all Seminole County residents regardless of age should promote and value community service. The busload of volunteers shown below, on their way to assist tornado victims, idealizes that commitment. Embracing the idea that community service should pass from generation to generation, the Seminole Volunteer Center (SVC) was formed in 1997 to work hand in hand with RSVP of Seminole County to further the concept of a "Lifetime of Service".

The Seminole Volunteer Center is currently seeking volunteers to give their attention to a wide variety of projects aimed at problem solving. As an SVC volunteer your input of time and talent will create new ways to meet community challenges.
SVC will initiate new projects for the volunteer who has limited time and wants to utilize it in the best possible way. Because we know so many of you work but still want to contribute to your community, we are meeting that need with evening and weekend projects. We also know that it is important for many of you to feel as though you are a part of a national effort. SVC is a Points of Light Foundation member, and joins in many national programs sponsored by The Points of Light.
Pull together for your community and donate your time to help usher Seminole County into the future. To begin your Lifetime of Service through the Seminole Volunteer Center, call us today at (407) 323-4440, or use this online form to register for more information.
